Flow artists can add movement to the music as everyone explores new patterns, self expression, and the uplifting energy of live drumming under the open sky, whether brand new to percussion or a longtime player.

Dave shares how these foods are cultivated and how they nourish us, with special attention to the benefits of eating what is grown close to home. With appetites satisfied and spirits lifted, the group then moves into a facilitated circle of song with percussion. Participants are welcome to bring their own instruments, and everyone can take part in easy call and response pieces that celebrate harvest, hope, and community.
