The Golf Benefit takes place at Maidstone Club, recognized as a top-100 course, and focuses on supporting the arts and the ongoing work of Southampton Arts Center. The event marks the fall season with a band release show from Lina Maxine at the Pollock-Krasner House in East Hampton, a museum home on Long Island. Explore Block Island Sound on a tick-free bay beach walk that blends wide-open coastal views with a scenic yet demanding shoreline. Expect gravelly stretches, soft sand, and uneven footing. On clear days, sights can include Fisher’s Island, the Rhode Island mainland, and Block Island. This out-and-back route lets you set your own pace and adjust the length as needed, with a planned distance of 4 miles at a moderate pace and an estimated duration of about 2 hours. A Town of East Hampton beach parking permit is required. The walk takes place at Gin Beach in Montauk.
