UPMC Park hosts a matchup between the Erie SeaWolves and the New Hampshire Fisher Cats, associated with the Toronto Blue Jays. It is a Retro Sunday celebration, paying tribute to the era of day games and stickball as the SeaWolves take the field in vintage-inspired uniforms with unique throwback caps and jerseys, presented by Erie News Now. Care Partner Only Lunch is a lunch get-together specifically for care partners. It runs for an hour, starting at 11:30 AM, at Sara’s Restaurant on Presque Isle.

The SSJNN Little Italy Farmers Market brings together produce from SSJNN Urban Farm with offerings from Wild Field Urban Farm, Laughing Hill Farm, Beichner Farms, Post Apples Farm, Blooming Valley, Fat Hawk Farm, Good Hill Farm, and Strickland Honey Farm LLC, along with other vendors. On the final Monday of each month the market includes live music.

Pokémon League Night at In The Zone Gaming features Standard format play for the Pokémon Trading Card Game and welcomes players of every experience level. Bring your own cards to play, trade, and experience organized play in a relaxed setting. Registration takes place on site before matches begin. The entry fee is $5 per week. Everyone who finishes the tournament receives a Pokémon booster pack, and extra packs will be awarded at random as bonus prizes. League gatherings are held in public spaces and run by official organizers, offering a friendly way to learn the basics and build confidence for competitive play. Dogs can enjoy a treat provided by Buzz N' Bees Aquarium & Pet Shop, and attendees can learn more about Erie's largest locally owned and independent full-line aquarium and pet store. To admit a pet, attendees must obtain a free ticket on site confirming that the event terms have been read and accepted. The downstairs developmental zone will be a no pets area. Each adult with a purchased day pass may bring one dog, and dogs are not permitted with anyone using a free day pass. Leashes are required at all times, and dogs must remain under control. Tether stations will be available for pets that are comfortable waiting while their person climbs. Otherwise, have a plan to keep your dog controlled while you are on the wall, and bringing a helper is recommended. Dogs must be current on vaccinations, and staff may ask pets to leave at any time. ASCEND is not responsible for pet conduct. Climbing and simply being inside a climbing gym involve inherent risks that also extend to pets, so assess your dog’s comfort with this dynamic environment during this all-day event. A community conversation explores how personalized medicine is changing care for individuals with inherited cancer risk, featuring Dr. Shannon Rush and Dr. Phuong Mai. Presented by MWRI Erie with support from the Jefferson Educational Society, Magee-Womens Research Institute in Erie, and the Hamot Health Foundation, the session explains how genetic testing can clarify personal risk, guide screening and prevention plans, and support families who share that risk. Dr. Rush, an Assistant Professor in Obstetrics, Gynecology, and Reproductive Sciences, and Dr. Mai, Medical Director of the Cancer Genetics Program at Magee and Director of the Breast Cancer Risk Assessment and Prevention Program, will turn fast-moving science into practical insights for everyday decisions. A Q and A segment offers pointers on what to ask, how to understand results, and how genetic counseling fits into care. Work with premium black walnut and other select hardwoods, then personalize your project with up to two epoxy colors chosen when you arrive. After the session, pieces cure for about a week and then go through a careful finishing process that typically takes 8 to 10 weeks, with timing influenced by class size and shipping. Once finished, your item is shipped to you. All ticket sales are final. If you are unable to attend, you may send someone in your place. Each participant aged 12 and older needs a ticket, and couples tickets let two people collaborate on a single project.
