The training opens with a fast, interactive refresher on core trauma and bleeding control concepts, then moves into practical movement and extraction work, including drags, carries, and building makeshift litters from common materials. Participants will practice creating and applying improvised tourniquets and pressure dressings to learn what is effective, what is not, and why. Team drills place groups in limited resource scenarios that run from initial response through transfer of care. It is intended for alumni of the monthly Civilian Trauma and Stop the Bleed class who want to advance their skills, as well as first responders, coaches, instructors, athletic and training staff, workplace safety leads, outdoor enthusiasts, parents, travelers, and anyone who wants to be ready when standard equipment is missing.
