    15th Annual Breeze in the Trees

    Take part in a summer run through pecan orchards as part of the Orchard Series, when the trees are fully leafed and the nuts have reached their full size. The course offers uncommon access to the farm and a scenic route among the groves. Participants who register by the stated deadline receive a free 50/50 blend T-shirt, with availability and sizing limited afterward. After crossing the line, enjoy a pancake breakfast topped with Green Valley Pecans provided by the Green Valley Firefighters Association, plus coffee, water, and snacks. This USATF sanctioned event features chip timing. Awards recognize the top three finishers in each age division, spanning kids and teens and each decade from 20+ through 80+, and the first 300 finishers receive a keepsake medal. Masters and overall winners earn Running Shop gift certificates valued at 100, 60, 50, and 30 dollars. Entry is 40 dollars, increasing to 45 dollars.

    Studio Time features a two-part format. The first portion is set aside for make-up classes, and attendees can browse the list of past classes to see photos and titles of available projects. After that, the session shifts to open studio time for working on personal projects with full access to stamps, dies, punches, and more.
