Now in its sixth year, Joe’s Night Run at The Hamptons offers an overnight endurance challenge on the paved cart paths of The Hamptons Golf Course in Hampton, VA. Participants can choose 11-hour or 5-hour formats for running or rucking, or opt for a single 4.4-mile lap. The route is a 4.4-mile loop that uses only the cart paths, providing a smooth, consistent surface for steady nighttime miles. The atmosphere is intentionally simple and relaxed. Laps are tracked the old fashioned way, with participants calling out bib numbers to be recorded each time they complete a circuit. A well supplied aid station will be available, with mainly pre-packaged items due to the location. Self crewing is straightforward, since the loop brings participants past their vehicles every lap, allowing them to access supplies directly from their cars.
