Crooks with a taste for the high life scheme to claim a jewel‑studded falcon, while private detective Sam Spade, played by Humphrey Bogart, digs for the truth and seeks the person responsible for his partner’s death. Bogart shares the screen with Sydney Greenstreet, Mary Astor, Peter Lorre, and Elisha Cook Jr., in a story adapted for the screen from Dashiell Hammett’s novel and directed by John Huston. At Tucson Improv Movement, this family friendly improv comedy show centers on imagination and make-believe. Performers craft a lively set with opportunities for children to go on stage and perform with the improvisers. General admission is $7, and a family of five is $21. Big Bad Wolf hosts a high-energy night of funk, pop, soul, and classic hits powered by a full horn section and multiple lead vocalists. The performance turns the room into a dance party from the opening note to the final encore, with big grooves and sing-along favorites keeping the floor moving throughout. Food and drinks are available, and the dynamic horn section is front and center.

Andrada partners with Main Event Family Entertainment Center for the 4th Annual Maverick Giddy Up and Bowl Tournament. Participants can register as single bowlers or form a six person team. Registration includes 30 minutes of warm up, two and a half hours of tournament play, shoe rental, an Andrada T-shirt, and plenty of prizes. Lunch is provided at each lane with pizza, wings, salad, and unlimited soda. A little extra bump is available for bowlers who want added help. Raffles and special prizes will celebrate turkeys and baggers, and a silent auction is included. Those not bowling can opt for two hour all you can play wristbands that cover bowling, laser tag, pool, and arcade games. Lane sponsors and donations for raffle, silent auction, and team prizes are welcomed. All proceeds benefit Andrada athletics, extracurriculars, and fine arts programs. For payment security, funds are handled only through Andrada High School PTO, and no direct messages for payment are used.

Kids receive a free meal with the purchase of an adult entrée during this kid-focused night. Children can take a turn at the prize wheel for treats and prizes, and face painter Brissa will be creating colorful designs.

The fifth annual Tucson Hip Hop Awards Show is hosted at 191 Toole. This is a general admission standing event, with a limited number of seats available on a first come, first served basis. Attendees must be 21 or older and present a valid ID. Ticket prices include all fees, and all sales are final with no refunds or exchanges for scheduled shows. A clear bag policy is in effect at the venue, allowing clear plastic or vinyl bags up to 12 by 6 by 12 inches, one gallon clear freezer bags, or small clutches about 5 by 7 inches. All bags are subject to search, and clear bags can be purchased at the box office.
